Acorn Estate Management is responsible for a growing portfolio of blocks of flats and residential developments in and around South East London and North West Kent. We work with private landlords and resident management companies as well as local, regional and national house builders from concept to construction.
Acorn has the infrastructure in place to bring an organised approach to estate management based on a duty to the residents as a collective. From service charge accounting to sourcing reliable trades-people, our aim is to protect the freehold interest and to provide a safe, well cared for environment each resident can enjoy. Our Estate Managers are responsive and personable and are trained to deal with the complexities of residential management.
